How does a skinny teenage boy build muscle , bulk up, get stronger and bigger.?

13 years old, 92 pounds, 5 feet 4 inches.

What I prefer, for your personal ';traning'; is cardio 2 times a week, and strenght excercises soo.....





Walking twice a week for at least 30 minutes each time.


about 50 pushups a day, 50 crunches a day, 50 squats a day....work on 5-10 pound dumbells for 30 minutes a day.


Cut to 6 small meals a day, and drink lots of water. Within a few months, you'll be THE HULK!
