Anyone got any ideas about what is wrong with my teenage son?

My son sleeps 12 hours from when he goes to bed- he has grown about 4 inches in a year. He is always tired, he gets a rash around his mouth, he suffers panic attacks and food intolerances, is fasinated by fire, jumps of roofs and drives cars at 14 and loves water. He talks in his sleep and has vivid memories of his dreams. He is either flat out or stopped and goes off the scale when tested for his literacy levels, spelling and comprehension but cannt do maths. He is very complex. Even the doctors are baffled - any ideas?Anyone got any ideas about what is wrong with my teenage son?
well let me just go through the listt hereee.

there is nothing wrong with sleeping 12 hours from when he goes to bed. because most teenagers can sleep longer then that, its just the way it is.

hes 14, hes going through that stage where he is going to grow a decent amount and 4 inches is reasonable.

teenagers are always tired. they are not really physically tired, but they can sleep if they want to. The rash around his mouth needs to be checked by a doctor. that may not be healthy. The panic attacks need to be treated by a psycologist. and the food intolerances will go away. maybe hes just not hungry? or feed him something he wants. He seems like a dare devil, and just someone who does not obey the rules. Alot of kids talk in their sleep. if you are worried talk to a physcolgist. No one really remembers their dreams. i can remember mine when i first wake up but after that they are gone. Hes a smart kid, but just does stupid stuff. thats just the end of the story. if your that worried go to a Psycologist. thats about all you can do.Anyone got any ideas about what is wrong with my teenage son?
your kids a superman!

but uh seriously speaking, if even the doctors are baffled, that's pretty scary
i agree it could be a thyroid problem. or adhd. some of these things are found in many people with nothing wrong though.
May be thyroid condition,
I suggest taking him to see a Psychologist.
