Oh gosh, hard question to answer because literally everyone is different. You've probably just hit stage 3 in puberty, which is where much of the growth of the penis will happen. I'd say 4-5 inches is average for your age, average penis size is supposedly 5-7 inches for a full grown white male. So if you're in that range, you're fine. If not, don't worry, penis growth continues until 19-20ish
Exceptions can happen but in the internet you could find a table with the average of penis length per age.. Im 14 years and my penis is 6 1/2 in. but the normal size is 4 in. The normal size for an adult is 5-6 in. So dont worry about anything

but you will grow at your own pace (I'm probably only going to grow .5 of an inch or 1 more inch and I'm only 13 and I'm 5.6 so yah if your small you probably grow if your big you'll probably not grow much more.
