What about hello, dolly!

it's a play, and it has some interesting monologue in a 'hat shop' scene. it's a movie and a Musical. Don't worry there's no singing involved in the monologue.

or the movie 'sleep over'

or how about.. something from grease...

Thirteen is also a good movie..

The notebook may have something interesting orrr

Not sure which you'd like the best but all of them have some choicesI need to have a 1 minute monologue for teenage girls?
heres a monologue from the movie ';a cinderella story'; with Hillary Duff. It could be a minute long if you talk nice and slowly and pause which is what you're supposed to do:

Heres a really good one that my friend did a few years ago and she got the part she wanted! It was soo nice and its definatley long enough. Its from the princess diaries the scene where Mia's all wet and talking to everyone:

even if you want to Mean Girls and other people are, you could still go ahead and do it. Then if you're really good they can tell because the other people who did similar monologues didn't do it as good as you!

Hope these suggestions help!

=D
search ';shakespearean monologues'; on google, they might not make very much sense to you, but they are easy finds and won't make sense to others. They sure do sound nice though, and it will make you sound nice.
there's a movie called Thirteen with Evan Rachel Wood... it's a really good movie about the drama of teenage years. you could also do something from RENT, which has plenty of monologues.
How about Mean Girls? Tina Fey says something about a clique problem among teenage girls there, it wasn't so preachy, which is kinda nice.
