What are some good books to read for a teenage girl?

I love to read but i've had some trouble finding good books! I'm open to all suggestions! I'm not a picky reader. I read all kinds of books! Hope ya'll can help! BYEWhat are some good books to read for a teenage girl?
The A-List by Zoey Dean. Backbiting, sabotage, gossip, scheming鈥?kinda like the gossip girls

The Au Pairs by Melissa de la Cruz. This isn鈥檛 the Babysitter鈥檚 Club: Sun and sea, hot parties and hot guys, and the promise of 10,000 bucks to take care of four over-privileged kids persuade three girls to move to the Hamptons for the summer

How Not to Spend Your Senior Year by Cameron Dokey. Being in the witness protection program is no fun for Jo O鈥機onnell, especially when she has to fake her own death senior year!

Jason and Kyra by Dana Davidson. The classic romance retold, as a brain and a basketball star fall head over heels in love with one another. And he makes a bet.

The Ruling Class by Francine Pascal. The top clique rules with snobbery, money and style. Twyla Gay has none of these things. She鈥檚 poor, she wears old clothes, and she鈥檚 poor. She鈥檚 a target of the ruling class. But that doesn鈥檛 mean she has to be a victim. What are some good books to read for a teenage girl?
ive read all the harry potter books and im not a big reader but these are very intertaining...
I loved Uglies, Pretties and Specials by Scott Westerfeld.

I love classics like Pride and Prejudice, Gone With The Wind, and Tale of Two Cities.

I loved Blue Sword and Hero %26amp; the Crown by Robin McKinley.
angus, thongs, and full frontal snogging by louise rennison

there are more in the series, but they are real good for teenagers.
Hmm, it depends on what you're looking for.

Good young-adult fantasy outside of the normal HP-LOTR circle is hard to come by, alas. However, Libba Bray's 'A Great and Terrible Beauty' and its sequel, 'Rebel Angels', are both very good and very geared towards teen girls. There's magic, romance, history, pretty things, suspense (loads of it), anagrams, a mysterious burnt school, ghosts (sort of), an underground brotherhood, an underground Sisterhood, loads of parallel worlds called the Realms, weird creatures, and characters with really cool names -- Gemma, Felicity, Pippa, and Kartik are among them. The third in the series, 'The Sweet Far Thing', is coming out next month.

Ray Bradbury is amazing. His style is hard to describe - sci-fi/fantasy/dystopia/really interesting, all-around good writing. 'Fahrenheit 451' is amazing, and so is 'Dandelion Wine'.

Hmm...romance...let's think. I tend to lean towards classics, but absolutely any way you look at it, 'Pride and Prejudice' is completely brilliant once you gets used to Austen's writing style. Her characters are amazing, amazing, amazing. It's so easy to identify with Elizabeth, and Mr. Darcy is just...well...Mr. Darcy. :)

If you're looking for a vampire book that's, IMHO, infinitely better than 'Twilight' - less cliched, vampires are more like vampires, more suspense - try Elizabeth Kostova's 'The Historian'. Very little blood for a vampire book. It's got a perpetually tense plot and some romance. There are a few mature themes but nothing excessively graphic.

In the department of mystery (no Harry Potter pun intended, believe me), I also lean toward classic stuff. Agatha Christie is good for a quick, suspenseful read on a rainy day. Tommy and Tuppence are my favorite of her detectives. Conan Doyle's Sherlock Holmes stories are good too -- except 'The Valley of Fear' (skip it) and any of them not narrated by Watson. He adds a certain touch to the stories...

That's all for now. If I come up with more I'll certainly put them up too. :)

Oh, two more before I go - Yann Martel's 'Life of Pi' and Dean Koontz's 'Odd Thomas' (although that last is rather depressing.)
I am a sixteen year old girl, and i love to read! my favorite: Wuthering Heights. (CLASSIC!). Some more modern-day books: the twilight books by stephanie meyer (THE BEST IVE READ****), the uglies (most def.), go ask alice. (GREAT!)

I hope I helped. I like just about anything as well. :)
